DESIGN AND DISPLAY
The Infinix Hot 10 has a significantly larger 6.78-inch TFT IPS screen than its predecessor. There’s a circular cutout for the selfie camera on the top left corner of the screen, and it’s an Infinity-O display. The resolution, however, has remained unchanged at 720 x 1640 pixels despite the increased display size.
The back of the phone features Infinix’s signature Gem-Cut style. The back panel has been laser etched with visual designs that appear when viewed from various angles. On the top right corner, there is a rectangular camera bump.
PERFORMANCE AND MEMORY
The processor on the Infinix Hot 10 is the greatest improvement over its predecessor. Infinix has replaced the entry-level MediaTek Helio A25 SoC found in the Hot 9 and infinix hot 9 play with the Helio G70. The G70 boosts single-core efficiency by a whopping 123 percent. In the same way, it improves multi-core performance by 64%. In addition, the new GPU improves performance by 114% over its predecessor.
The Helio G70 is part of MediaTek’s budget-friendly gaming lineup. This computer, unlike its predecessor, will allow you to play games. Up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage are available on the computer. An external SD card can be used to extend the latter to 512GB.
CAMERA
Even with the advertised 16MP quad-camera setup, the Infinix Hot 10’s cameras are nothing to write home about. The 16MP main camera is followed by three other gimmicky sensors, and there is no ultra-wide sensor. It comes with a macro lens as well as a bokeh camera, all of which have 2MP sensors.
The fourth sensor is designated as an AI sensor, but Infinix has not provided any information about its specifications or intended use. There is an 8MP selfie camera on the front with an aperture of f/1.8. It is accompanied by a dual-flash setup.
BATTERY AND OTHERS
The Infinix Hot 10 has a large 5200mAh battery that supports 10W charging through the micro USB connector. A physical capacitive fingerprint scanner has been included at the back of the device for security.
